Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with entrepreneurs from all walks of life—attorneys, franchise owners, chiropractors, coaches, consultants, and business leaders.
One of the most common conversations I have sounds something like this:
"I never thought about it that way."
Then comes the pause.
"Wow... that's a lot of money I'm leaving on the table."
What they're discovering isn't usually a missing marketing strategy or a complicated financial formula. More often, it's a blind spot—a hidden money leak that has quietly been draining revenue, energy, confidence, or opportunity.
I remember working with an attorney who already had a thriving practice but was frustrated because growth seemed harder than it should be. She had done everything "right." She had a CPA. She had an accountant. She even had a business consultant. On paper, all the right pieces were in place.
We spent about 55 minutes exploring her inner relationship with money and the way she made decisions around it. As we dug deeper, I began noticing patterns that no one else had pointed out. One by one, the numbers started adding up.
And they added up quickly.
By the time we finished, the opportunity sitting in front of her was clear—clear to the seven-figure mark.
I could practically feel the gasp on the other end of the phone.
The difference wasn't a lack of intelligence, effort, or resources. It was awareness. She couldn't see what she couldn't see.
To her credit, she was willing to do the work. She explored her money personality, shifted some long-held beliefs, attended our 48 Hour Breakthrough, and began making different decisions. Over time, she successfully scaled her business and eventually sold her practice, retiring with a very healthy nest egg.
The money wasn't the problem.
The blind spots were.
And that's why I often hear another phrase:
"It's not about the money."
I understand the sentiment. Most purpose-driven people don't want to appear greedy. They genuinely care about helping others. They want to make a difference.
But let's be honest for a moment.
It is about the money.
Not because money is the ultimate goal, but because money is a resource. It pays the bills. It creates options. It allows you to invest in your business, support your family, give generously, and build a life with greater choice and freedom.
Money isn't just math.
Money is emotional.
Money is psychological.
Money is often tied to our sense of worth, safety, security, freedom, and even identity.
That's why simply creating a budget or increasing your prices doesn't always solve the problem. The real challenge is often the clutter surrounding money—the beliefs, habits, fears, assumptions, and patterns that quietly influence our decisions every day.
And here's what I've learned:
If you ignore money long enough, it will eventually find a way to get your attention.
The good news is that awareness creates choice.
When you can identify the hidden patterns driving your financial decisions, you can begin creating a new relationship with money—one built on clarity instead of confusion, intention instead of reaction, and freedom instead of limitation.
That's exactly why I am excited to be co-leading Money Clarity & Cash Flow: Clear the Clutter, Create Freedom on June 18th from 8:00 AM to Noon alongside Leslie Callison and Stephanie Staggs.
This isn't another budgeting class.
Together, we'll help you clear the clutter around money, organize it energetically and practically, uncover hidden blind spots, and create a new trajectory for your financial future.
You'll also experience the power of equine-assisted learning. Horses have an incredible ability to reflect what we cannot see ourselves. They often reveal the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that keep us stuck in cycles of limitation, scarcity, and overwhelm.
So let me ask you a question:
What if life and money could get easier?
What if you stopped fighting the same financial battles over and over again?
What if greater flow, freedom, and confidence were available to you—not because you worked harder, but because you finally saw what was standing in your way?
Would that be okay?
If you're ready for more clarity, more flow, and more freedom, we'd love to have you join us.
